This box has an "Open Box" option from the drop down. This option will have all items taken out of the original box. All packs will remain sealed with the promo card sleeved and put in a card saver/toploader. Everything except the original packaging will be included. With this smaller size, shipping costs will also be lower for you and lower for us when orders are over $100. This is why we are able to pass that shipping discount onto you with a cheaper price!
